Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PDFData at pdfdata.net, operated by ITECH MATRIX SOLUTIONS. Contact us at hello@pdfdata.net.

The service

PDFData provides tools to merge, split, organise, convert, annotate and protect PDF documents, along with AI summaries, text translations and bank-statement CSV extraction. Most general tools run on your device and are currently free. AI features use extracted text and OpenAI. You can preview up to 8 transaction rows before purchasing a complete CSV download. Files are limited to 25 MB and 50 pages. We do not provide banking services or financial, tax or accounting advice.

Your documents and responsibilities

Only upload documents you own or are authorised to process. Do not upload files to misrepresent financial records, commit fraud, infringe rights or disrupt the service. You retain ownership of your documents and allow us and our processing providers to process them to perform the requested conversion. Optional retention for format improvement is governed by our Privacy Policy.

AI accuracy

AI checks do not guarantee complete or error-free extraction. Bank layouts, image quality and statement content may affect the result. Compare the output with your original statement before relying on it. Do not use the output as a replacement for an official bank statement.

Plans and charges

PDFData Single Conversion costs $0.99 for one converted file. PDFData Pro Monthly is listed at $4.99 per month, PDFData Pro 3-Year at $199.99 paid once and PDFData Pro 5-Year at $299.99 paid once. Monthly Pro requires email verification and a completed PayPal payment. The 3-year and 5-year plans grant prepaid access after a verified one-time PayPal payment. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly Pro automatically renews monthly unless cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation ends future charges; access continues until the paid period ends. The 3-year and 5-year plans do not automatically renew and expire at the end of their prepaid term. You may contact billings@pdfdata.net for billing assistance. Delivery and refunds

For a single conversion, payment confirmation is followed by a final AI review and a CSV download in your browser. Keep the page open until the download completes. If payment succeeds but delivery fails, contact billing with your order reference so we can help or arrange a refund. For Pro conversions, the final AI-checked CSV is also sent to the verified account email when delivery succeeds. Files are not saved in an account library. Email failure does not prevent the browser download. Our Refund Policy explains refund requests.

Accounts and allowances

Email codes expire after 10 minutes. Keep your mailbox secure and do not share sign-in codes. Monthly Pro includes 100, Pro 3-Year includes 150, and Pro 5-Year includes 200 successful AI tasks per month, shared across bank-statement conversion, document summaries and translations; final review and retries for the same conversion do not use a second credit. Unused allowances do not roll over. Failed AI requests restore Pro credits. Pro statement exports include CSV and Excel; emailed copies are CSV. Prepaid allowances reset on the monthly anniversary of purchase, adjusted to the last day of a shorter month. Prepaid access expires after 3 or 5 years as purchased. Keep the conversion page open; document sessions expire after two hours or a server restart.

Availability and changes

We may maintain or update the service and restrict misuse. If we discontinue a paid service before the end of its purchased term, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund for unused access. Material changes to paid plan terms will be communicated before taking effect.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on extraction errors or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any payment provider's checkout terms also apply to purchases it processes.

Conversion sessions

Keep your conversion page open through payment and download. Temporary conversion sessions last up to two hours and may end if the service restarts. If a paid session expires before delivery, email billing with your order reference; do not pay again for the same file.

General PDF tools

Each tool states its supported inputs and any limitations. Office conversions currently export text or page images rather than preserving fully editable original layouts. OCR is limited to English and 10 pages per run. Password tools require authorisation to access the document; they do not recover unknown passwords. A drawn signature is a visual mark, not a certificate-backed digital signature. Cropping is not secure redaction. PDF/A conversion is not yet available. No new PDF tool automatically uploads documents for format improvement.
